U.S. Payment Solutions ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It's written in the spirit of the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (effective July 1, 2024), which grants Texas residents rights over their personal data and applies to businesses that conduct business in Texas or serve Texas residents.
Information we collect
When you submit the "Free Savings Review" form, we collect the information you provide: business name, your name, email address, phone number, city, approximate monthly card processing volume, and any notes you enter. We do not collect card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial account information through this website.
We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this site. The only other data point involved is a request to Google Fonts to load the typefaces used on this page, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.
How we use it
- To respond to your savings review request and prepare a processing-cost estimate
- To contact you about that request by phone, email, or text
- To keep basic business records of inquiries and customers
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are received and routed through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. We don't share your information with anyone else except as needed to deliver the program you've inquired about (for example, our processing partners), or where required by law.
Your rights
Whether or not the Act's specific thresholds apply to a business our size, you're welcome to contact us at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we have on file about you
- Request that we correct inaccurate information
- Request that we delete your information
- Ask us to stop contacting you

Data retention & security
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and delete or anonymize it on request where we aren't otherwise required to retain it. We take reasonable measures to protect submitted information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.

1. Acceptance of terms
By using uspaymentsolutions.com or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who we are
U.S. Payment Solutions works with PayBotX, our ISO and merchant processing partner, to help businesses set up compliant Cash Discount payment programs, matching businesses with processing partnerships, hardware, and pricing structures suited to how they take payments.
3. This website is informational, not transactional
This website does not process card payments and is not itself a payment gateway. It exists to explain our program, estimate potential savings, and let you request a free savings review. Any actual payment processing service is governed by a separate agreement you enter into directly with us and our processing partners once you decide to move forward.
4. Estimates are illustrative
Savings figures, calculators, and examples on this site (including the ROI one-pager) are illustrative estimates based on the numbers you enter or example scenarios. They are not a guarantee of results. Your actual savings depend on your card mix, ticket size, program type, and state. We confirm your real number from an actual statement before you commit to anything.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when you contact us or submit a form
- Use this site for its intended purpose — not to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or misuse it in a way that violates applicable law
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this site belong to U.S. Payment Solutions unless otherwise noted. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Clover, and other third-party marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are displayed to indicate compatibility, not endorsement.
7. Third-party links & services
This site links to and uses third-party services, including Formspree for form processing and Google Fonts for typography. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites you may reach from links on this site.
8. Disclaimers
U.S. Payment Solutions is not a bank, a payment processor in its own right, or a provider of legal or financial advice. This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, U.S. Payment Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on estimates shown on it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

We aim for this site to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That standard covers things like color contrast, keyboard operability, and screen-reader compatibility.
Measures we've taken

- Visible focus outlines on every interactive element
- Text and background color combinations checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios (most text on this site exceeds 4.5:1)

- Live-region announcements on the savings calculator so screen readers hear results update
- Labelled form fields with inline, programmatically associated error messages
